spirit2design works across six disciplines — brand identity, brand strategy, websites, digital product design, print and packaging, and ongoing content design — because the businesses it works with need one accountable studio across those disciplines, not four separate vendors who don’t coordinate with each other.

The studio is based in Hamburg-Nord and works with SMEs and founders across Hamburg and the wider DACH region, in English and German.

Every project runs the same way: a free scoping call to agree the fixed price, senior design work from the person who scoped it, structured revision rounds against the brief, and a handover built so the result can be used without calling back. That process is published in full on Process, because a first-time client shouldn’t have to take it on faith.

There’s no account-manager layer here, and no junior handoff after the first call — the person you speak to when scoping a project is the person designing it. That’s a structural fact about how the studio is set up, not a marketing line: it’s a small studio, and that’s the point.
