PROCESS FAQ
What happens on the free scoping call?
We talk through the problem, rule out what doesn’t fit, and confirm which package or scope applies — you get a written proposal with the fixed price afterward, not a verbal estimate that changes later.
Do revision rounds carry over if we don’t use them?
No — unused rounds don’t convert to a discount, but they also never expire mid-project; use them whenever the review actually happens.
What if we go over the agreed revision rounds?
Extra rounds are quoted separately before any additional work starts — never added silently to the invoice.
