Who actually does the design work?
The person who scopes your project on the first call. No account-manager layer, no junior handoff.
Do you work with businesses outside Hamburg?
Yes — most calls and reviews happen remotely regardless of location; Hamburg is where the studio is based, not a limit on who it works with.
What languages do you work in?
English and German, both natively used for client work and for the deliverables themselves if needed.
Can we combine two services in one project?
Regularly — brand strategy and identity, or identity and a website, are common pairings; say so on the scoping call and it’s priced as one coordinated project.
Pricing & payment
Are your published prices final?
They’re the real starting price for the base scope of that service or package. The confirmed price is set before work starts, never adjusted afterward without your agreement.
Do you take a deposit?
Checkout offers a 25% deposit with the balance due per the schedule in Terms, or payment in full — your choice.
Can we pay by invoice instead of card?
Yes — "Request an invoice" at checkout is a genuinely real option, and how most project-scale work is actually billed.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation or reschedule up to 24 hours before a booked call. Once a project is under way, the booking deposit is non-refundable and completed work is billable — full terms in Refund.
Process & timing
How long does a typical project take?
Anywhere from 2 weeks (a positioning sprint) to 8 weeks (a full website or design system) — exact ranges per service are on Process.
How many revision rounds do we get?
Stated on every package’s own page — never open-ended, and never fewer than one.
Do you work with a team of designers, or just one person?
One senior person per project, the same one you scope with — that’s the studio’s whole point (see About).
Legal & rights
Who owns the final files?
You do, in full, on final payment — stated plainly in Terms.
What data do you collect, and why?
Name, email, phone and postal address — only what’s needed to quote, book and invoice a project. Full detail in Privacy.
Do you sign an NDA if we need one?
Yes, on request, before any confidential material is shared.
