Cancelling or rescheduling a call

You can cancel or reschedule a free scoping call or a booked project-start date free of charge up to 24 hours before it's due to happen. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee, agreed with you at the time of booking.

Once a project is under way

If you cancel a project after work has started: the booking deposit is non-refundable, and any work completed up to the point of cancellation is billable at the agreed price (or a fair proportion of it, for a partially completed fixed-scope deliverable).

Your statutory right of withdrawal (consumers only)

If you are a consumer (i.e. acting for purposes outside your trade, business or profession), you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (spirit2design, Gluckstraße 64, 22081 Hamburg, Germany, support@spirit2design.com, +49 178 1845704) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Important — waiver once work begins at your request. If you expressly requested that we begin performance of the service before the withdrawal period ends, you will pay us an amount proportionate to what has been performed until you communicated your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the contract. If the fixed-scope deliverable is completed in full before you exercise your right of withdrawal, your right of withdrawal is lost entirely, in accordance with the statutory exception for fully performed services.

Monthly (retainer) packages

The content design retainer has no lock-in contract. Cancel any time before the next monthly billing date; the current month's batch, already billed, is delivered in full and is not refunded pro-rata.
