Packaging system, stationery line

Brief

Kontor is a self-initiated concept for a small stationery product line — a category where packaging often gets treated as an afterthought once the product itself is finished. The exercise: design the packaging and production specification together, from the start, rather than wrapping a finished product after the fact.

Approach

Structural packaging (a fold-flat box, a die-line for a product sleeve) was designed alongside the surface graphics, not after them, so the two never had to be reconciled later. Every piece was specified with real paper stock, print method (letterpress for the box, offset for the sleeves) and finish, documented in a spec sheet a production partner could quote from directly.

Outcome

A packaging and stationery system that's genuinely print-ready — die-lines, stock and finish specified, not just a flat visual — the concrete answer to the objection that a digital-first studio can't be trusted with physical production.
